SWAM is Soft Wash Australia’s go-to solution for moss, mould, algae, and lichen. Designed for tradies and serious DIYers, it’s a spray-and-walk-away cleaner that keeps working long after you pack up. Every rainfall reactivates the formula to help flush out organic growth and grime — no harsh scrubbing needed.
It’s non-acidic, non-caustic, bleach-free, and safe to use on just about any exterior surface:
✅ Roofs (tile, metal, decramastic)
✅ Concrete, pavers, brick, and natural stone
✅ Weatherboards, fibrolite, painted exteriors
✅ Canvas awnings, ceramic pots, and outdoor furniture
✅ Boats, astro turf, tennis courts, pool surrounds
Use it after a storm, flood, or just when your place is looking tired.
🧪 What It Does:
Kills moss, mould, algae, mildew, lichen
Biocidal detergent – sanitises as it cleans
Helps prevent regrowth for 12+ months
Saves water and time
Bio-degradable and safe for surfaces
🧼 Application:
Dilute as directed, spray on, then walk away. That’s it.
Pro Tip: SWAM is ideal after flood events or in shaded areas where moss and mould thrive. It does the heavy lifting without damaging delicate surfaces.
