This all-in-one system resets the timber, restores its natural colour, and locks in a fresh, polished finish built to last.
The process begins with Viccon Wood Finish Stripper Concentrated, a contractor-grade formula powerful enough to cut through multiple layers of old coatings.
About the Concentrated Stripper
- Supplied in a 15L container, dilutes 1:1 with water to make up to 30L of working solution (coverage up to 180m²).
- Extra stripper is included in this kit, as from years of experience we know that around 30% of decks require a second application — particularly where coatings are thick, pressure washers are underpowered, or application is uneven.
- This ensures you won’t run short mid-project and can finish the job properly without delays.
Once stripped, the Rejuvenator neutralises and brightens the timber fibres, restoring natural colour and preparing the surface for a new finish. The system is then completed with a three-coat polished look finish (1x UVEX Primer + 2x Dexpress Natural), delivering a durable satin sheen that resists UV, moisture, and heavy wear under Australian conditions.

The Complete Strip, Rejuvenate & Seal Kit is the ultimate solution for decks coated with oils, stains, or sealers that have failed over time. It takes your deck back to bare timber, restores the fibres, and applies a new protective finish in one system.

Clear the deck of furniture and sweep clean.
Ensure surface is dry.
Wear gloves, mask, and safety glasses.
Shake and apply stripper undiluted with a pump sprayer, brush, or roller. Keep surface wet for 45–60 minutes. Mist with water if drying.
Test softness of coatings. Reapply stripper where needed. Use the extra stripper supplied if a second application is required.
Pressure wash thoroughly with a petrol washer (max 3000 PSI, min 11 L/min), working with the grain.
Apply Rejuvenator evenly. Allow 15–20 minutes dwell time, agitating stubborn spots with a brush. Rinse thoroughly.
Once dry, lightly sand if required, then apply 1 coat UVEX Primer + 2 coats Dexpress finish for a polished look.
