SilaSeal C is a next-generation silane-siloxane concentrate sealer that penetrates porous mineral surfaces to deliver long-term water repellence, efflorescence control, and durability. Whether you’re sealing masonry, natural stone, grout, or concrete, SilaSeal C enhances protection without forming a surface film — keeping the substrate breathable and natural-looking.

Unlike surface coatings that peel or flake, this sealer chemically bonds within the pores of the material, helping prevent water-based staining, fungal growth, and degradation over time. Suitable for wet or damp substrates, it’s a smart choice for patios, facades, driveways, walls, and more.

Key Benefits:

✔️ Concentrated – dilute 1:3 for excellent coverage & value

✔️ Non-film forming – allows full breathability

✔️ Water & stain repellence – guards against efflorescence and salt attack

✔️ UV stable & high-wear resistant

✔️ Safe for use on damp surfaces

✔️ No change to surface appearance — no sheen or darkening

✔️ Helps prevent mould, algae & grime buildup

✔️ Suitable for vertical & horizontal surfaces

✔️ VOC free, non-hazardous, and environmentally friendly

Recommended For:

• Natural or reconstituted stone

• Concrete blocks and bricks

• Unglazed tile and grout

• Clay pavers and porous masonry

• Walls, façades, driveways, patios, and walkways

Application Notes:

  • Dilute 1 part SilaSeal C with 3 parts clean water

  • Apply to a clean, dust-free surface (can be damp but not pooled with water)

  • Apply with sprayer, roller, or brush to saturation in a single coat

  • Avoid overlapping onto already dried areas — wipe excess to prevent white staining

  • Remove any sealer from nearby glass, paint, or metal before it dries

  • Protect surface from traffic or rain for 24 hours; fully cures in 7 days

  • Clean tools with water

Pro Tips:

🟢 Do not over-apply. Pools or excess product may leave white marks once dry.

🟢 Use a soft broom to spread out any pooling.

🟢 For extra protection in driveways and BBQ areas, consider pairing with an oil-repellent fluoroseal topcoat like FluoroSeal C.

🟢 Always test first — some materials may show a slight darkening.
