This 30m² system prepares new, grey, weathered or old bare timber and finishes it with three coats of Haymes Dexpress for a polished, low-sheen appearance.

The pack provides the cleaning and rejuvenating stages followed by three coats of Dexpress Deck Finish for the 30m² system.
Choose this kit for new timber, grey or weathered boards and old bare decks where no film-forming coating remains.
This is not a stripping kit. Existing oil, stain, sealer or another coating must be removed before deep cleaning, rejuvenating and applying Dexpress.
This kit is sized for decks up to approximately 30m², allowing for preparation and three Dexpress finish coats.
Coverage varies with timber species, porosity, surface profile and application method. Test a small area before starting.
- Confirm that the timber is bare and free from coatings, wax, grease and contaminants.
- Apply Wood Deep Cleaner according to the label, agitate where required and rinse thoroughly.
- Apply Wood Rejuvenator as directed, allow the recommended dwell time and rinse thoroughly.
- Allow the deck to dry completely. Lightly sand raised grain or rough areas and remove all dust.
- Apply three even coats of Haymes Dexpress Deck Finish Natural, following the label for coverage, drying and recoating conditions.
Three coats of Haymes Dexpress create a polished, low-sheen finish that enhances the timber while helping protect it from outdoor exposure and everyday wear.
Final colour and sheen vary with timber species, age, preparation and porosity. Test the system on a discreet area before coating the complete deck.

- Protect plants, painted surfaces, metal fittings and nearby areas from cleaner and runoff
- Avoid coating hot timber, during rain or when rain is expected
- Keep children and pets away until the surface is dry and safe
Does this kit contain a timber stripper?
No. It is intended for new, weathered or old bare timber.
How many finish coats are included?
The pack provides three Dexpress coats for approximately 30m², subject to timber porosity and application conditions.
Can I coat immediately after rejuvenating?
No. Rinse thoroughly and allow the timber to dry completely before sanding and coating.
SEALIX recommends this system when the deck is genuinely bare but needs thorough preparation before coating. The two preparation stages help create a cleaner, more consistent surface before the three Dexpress coats are applied.
If water beads or absorbs unevenly across the deck, an old finish may remain and should be removed first.
