SWASS is a concentrated high-foam surfactant designed to be mixed with Sodium Hypochlorite for house, roof, and exterior washing systems. It boosts your softwash solution with superior vertical cling and surface release, ensuring the sanitiser stays where it’s needed — longer — for better cleaning power.
It’s pH neutral, economical, and can be fragranced with SWA Citrus Fragrance Concentrate to mask strong chemical odours. With a dilution rate of 1000:1, one 5L bottle makes up to 5000 L of ready-to-use solution.

How to Use
Dilute: Common ratio is 1000:1 — mix with pre-diluted Sodium Hypochlorite.

Rinse: After adequate dwell time, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
