FluoroSeal C uses advanced fluoropolymer technology to deliver outstanding resistance to water, oil, grease, and organic stains on porous masonry and stone. The molecules chemically bond to the substrate, creating an oleophobic surface — meaning it actively repels oil and water-based contaminants while still allowing the surface to breathe.

Ideal for garages, patios, driveways, pool areas, wet zones, outdoor kitchens, and high-traffic entertaining areas. Unlike film-forming sealers, FluoroSeal C penetrates deep without changing the natural look or texture of the substrate — making surfaces easier to maintain, clean, and keep looking sharp.

Coverage (RTU):

• 5L = makes 20L Ready-To-Use (RTU)

• 20L = makes 80L RTU

  Coverage varies depending on substrate porosity — approx. 6–12m² per litre RTU.

Application Notes:

• Apply to clean, dust-free surface

• Surface can be damp (not dripping wet)

• Apply using sprayer, roller, or brush

• Avoid puddling — allow to penetrate fully

• No rinse needed — allow surface to dry naturally

• Protect from water for 24 hours
