SI20-DS is a penetrating silicate densifier that chemically reacts within concrete’s capillary structure to form a harder, more durable matrix. The result? Concrete that’s stronger, dustproof, and more water-resistant — without forming a surface film.

🛠️ Application Tips
Prep is critical
Clean the surface completely (no dust, grease, or coating).
Concrete must be porous—do the water drop test: if water beads for over 2 mins, porosity is too low.
Use clean gear
Apply with a low-pressure sprayer, then spread with a broom or mop.
Work wet-on-wet for multiple coats. Avoid pooling.
Don’t rush drying
Any excess must be removed before drying. Dried residue will require grinding or sanding.
Avoid foot/vehicle traffic for 24 hours. Full cure in 7 days.
Weather matters
Ideal temp: 5–30°C
Avoid application if rain is forecast within 24 hours.
Overspray caution
Wipe any overspray off metal, glass or paint immediately. SI20-DS is alkaline.
⚠️ Important Notes
SI20-DS may slightly darken some surfaces.
It reduces porosity but does not block stains from long contact — clean spills promptly.
Not suitable for non-porous or burnished concrete.
